• Guaranteed Wage Increases: All employees are guaranteed a full $1 increase in 2025, followed by a 3% increase for both 2026 and 2027.
• Starting Rate: The base starting rate for this position is $29.54/hour; however, candidates with strong backgrounds and relevant experience may be eligible for the A-level pay scale, which starts at $31.81/hour.

This position will work 10pm-6:30am M-F, with weekends required as production needs dictate. The new hire will train on dayshift during their first 60 days, those hours are 6am-2:30pm.

General Scope and Function : Perform mechanical work of a skilled nature with some supervision.

DUTIES – GENERAL

1. Have the mechanical ability to examine machines for defects, dismantle, re-assemble, and adjust for efficient operation with limited supervision.
2. Maintain machinery, plumbing, buildings, and equipment throughout the facilities.
3. Ability to start and adjust machinery in your department with limited supervision.
4. Ability to operate equipment and tools in a safe and legal manner.
5. Overhaul and repair equipment as needed.
6. Trouble shoot, repair, and replace defective machinery in your department with limited supervision.
