Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Position Overview
The Test Engineer – EO/IR Systems Integration & Test supports integration, verification, and production testing of advanced electro-optical and infrared (EO/IR) sensor systems used in airborne surveillance and targeting applications.
This role focuses on sensor system integration, optical performance testing, and production test support for focal plane array imaging systems. Engineers in this role support both engineering development and manufacturing operations to ensure systems meet performance and quality requirements.
You will execute sensor test procedures, support system integration activities, analyze test data, and help resolve technical issues discovered during test and production builds.
This is a hands-on laboratory and production test role requiring experience with sensor systems or similar electronic imaging technologies.
Core Responsibilities
Sensor Integration and Test Execution
- Support integration and test activities for EO/IR sensor systems
- Execute verification and validation testing
- Support design verification testing (DVT)
- Support production test activities
- Execute formal test procedures
- Document test results and technical observations
- Identify and resolve technical issues
- Validate system performance against requirements
Test Development and Execution
- Develop and refine test procedures
- Support development of test plans

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, or related STEM discipline
