Job Title: Agency Recruiter


Location: Fully Remote (Preference for candidates in San Antonio, Dallas/Fort Worth, or Houston, Texas)


Salary/Commission: Salary ranging from 45-55K depending on experience- Monthly Commission on Direct Placement and Contract margin + Quarterly Bonuses + Yearly Incentive Trip

Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Agency Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your recruiting expertise to source, attract, and place top talent across various disciplines while maintaining the high standard of service and professionalism CRG is known for.

This is a fully remote position, with a preference for candidates located in San Antonio, Dallas/Fort Worth, or Houston, Texas.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing: Identify, screen, and interview qualified candidates for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct placement opportunities.
  • Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide customized recruitment strategies.
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage all aspects of the recruiting process, from sourcing to offer negotiation and placement.
  • Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Pipeline Development: Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for key roles across various industries.
  • Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to company policies, client requirements, and applicable laws.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 1+ years of agency recruiting experience is required.
  • Industry Knowledge: Broad recruiting experience across multiple industries, including IT, Engineering, and Professional Services, is a plus.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools. Experience with Loxo ATS Highly Desired.
  • Self-Driven: Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote setting, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
