Job Summary

We are looking for a Retail Sales Representative to manage a group of about 35 AWG grocery stores. This person will work in the stores to make sure our products are on the shelves, displayed properly, and fully stocked. The main goal is to fill any product gaps, grow sales, and support the stores.


What You’ll Do

In-Store Responsibilities

  • Visit stores every week to check on our products and work with the Dairy and Grocery Managers.
  • Make sure all approved products are on the shelves and add more items when possible.
  • Help set up shelf layouts (planograms) to make products look better and stand out.
  • Keep shelves fully stocked, clean, and organized.
  • Build good relationships with store staff to meet goals.
  • Be the go-to person for all things related to dairy and yogurt products.
  • Work with store managers to get more shelf space for our products.
  • Rotate stock to keep products fresh.
  • Help with store resets or changes (like expanding the creamer section).
  • Place in-store coupons (IRCs) and signs (POS materials).


Working with Customers

  • Get to know local and regional store leaders to support company goals.
  • Share feedback and opportunities with our internal team to help grow the business.


What You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree (business or related field preferred).
  • Retail or grocery sales experience is a plus.
  • Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good communication and time-management skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable transportation and willing to travel to stores daily.
  • Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally.
  • Able to start store visits by 7:00 AM, Monday through Friday.
