Role Overview
This is a hands-on inventory support role for the Maintenance team. The focus is accuracy, consistency, and follow-through. You will spend most of your day tracking parts, updating inventory records, and keeping the maintenance inventory area organized and usable.
This is a pure contract role. Strong performers may be considered for full-time opportunities in other departments once the contract ends.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory records for maintenance parts and supplies
- Perform data entry, labeling, and routine cycle counts
- Track incoming and outgoing parts and document movement correctly
- Support the Maintenance Manager with clerical and administrative tasks
- Monitor inventory levels and flag low or missing stock
- Use inventory systems and Microsoft Excel to log and update data
- Keep the parts room clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
- Follow established procedures for inventory control and documentation
What You Need
- Prior experience in inventory, warehouse, or clerical support preferred
- Strong attention to detail and comfort with repetitive tasks
- Basic computer skills, especially Excel or inventory software
- Ability to work independently and stay organized
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing or maintenance environment
