Schedule & Team Structure

This role follows a Monday–Friday day shift, but because it's part of a 24/7 manufacturing operation, occasional support during nights or weekends will be required. This is especially true when escalations arise or when you're actively building the capability of your maintenance team. While hourly technicians are onsite around the clock, the Maintenance Leader is ultimately responsible for the health and reliability of 1–2 production lines.

You’ll work as part of a dedicated Trio alongside a Process Engineer and Production Leader, and you'll have 8–12 hourly Maintenance Technicians reporting directly to you.

Compensation & Relocation

  • Base Salary: $100,000 – $115,000 annually (up to $120K for the right fit)
  • Bonus: 13% annual performance-based bonus
  • Relocation: A $7,500 lump-sum relocation package is available for candidates outside Texas
  • Note: We are not seeking candidates whose experience is limited to hourly Maintenance Lead roles — this position functions at the level of a Reliability Leader or Maintenance Supervisor, with clear leadership and strategic responsibilities.
