Project Controls Specialist – 3 Openings (Mid to Senior Level)

We’re hiring three Project Controls Specialists to support a large-scale, high-visibility energy infrastructure project. Openings are available at multiple levels β€” whether you bring 4 years or 8+ years of experience, we’re looking for professionals who know how to keep projects on time, on budget, and on track.

πŸ”§ What You’ll Be Doing:


Develop and maintain detailed project schedules (Level 1–5) using Primavera P6.


Integrate cost and schedule data to support performance tracking and accurate forecasting.


Conduct variance analysis and support recovery planning for projects with complex scopes.


Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure aligned planning.


Manage earned value tracking, resource loading, and cost reporting.


Input and manage project data across internal platforms, ensuring accuracy and configuration control.

βœ… What You Bring:


4 to 8+ years of experience in project controls or project management, ideally in industrial, construction, or energy settings along with matching education.

  • Level 1: BS Degree and 4 years experience OR AS Degree and 6 years experience OR HS/GED and 8 years experience (Pay $50-72/hr)
  • Level 2: BS Degree and 5 years experience OR AS Degree and 7 years experience OR HS/GED and 9 years experience (Pay $63.50-88.50/hr)
  • Level 3: BS Degree and 8 years experience OR AS Degree and 9 years experience OR HS/GED and 11 years experience (Pay $72-108/hr)


Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint).


Working knowledge of earned value methodology and schedule/cost integration.


Strong communication and collaboration skills; detail-oriented with analytical strength.


U.S. Citizenship required (onsite access restrictions apply).

⭐ Nice-to-Haves:


PMI certifications (PMP, CAPM, PBA, RMP, SP).


Background in nuclear, renewables, or large capital infrastructure projects.


Familiarity with Power BI, Workday, Adaptive Planning, or Asset Suite.


Experience supporting projects over $25M in scope.

Important Details:


On-site only to start – Hybrid/remote may be considered after 3–6 months based on performance and team dynamics.


Schedule: 4x10s or flexible full-time shift.


No travel required.


Weekly timesheet submission.
