LEVEL 3 – PROJECT SCHEDULER (NUCLEAR PROJECTS III)
Compensation:
Pay Rate: $95 to $107.59 per hr (depending on experience)
Per Diem: $216 per day (tax free first 12 months; taxable after 12 months)
Position Overview:
This is a senior project scheduling and project controls leadership role supporting major capital projects, refueling outages, forced outages, and long-range engineering projects at a commercial nuclear generating station.
The Project Scheduler III serves as the lead scheduler on complex projects and works directly with project managers, engineering leadership, construction teams, and plant operations to develop integrated project schedules.
This role operates with significant independence and may mentor junior schedulers or project controls personnel.
This is a high-level technical project controls position inside a regulated nuclear environment.
Core Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and manage complex Primavera P6 project schedules
- Build integrated project schedules supporting:
- Capital engineering projects
- Refueling outages
- Forced outages
- Online maintenance activities
- Lead schedule development for large or high-risk projects
- Establish and maintain schedule baselines
- Perform advanced critical path analysis
- Identify schedule risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Perform resource loading and long-range planning
- Support earned value analysis and project performance tracking
- Analyze schedule deviations and develop recovery schedules
- Coordinate schedule integration across engineering, procurement, construction, and maintenance activities
- Interface with project managers, engineers, planners, operations, and maintenance teams
- Present schedule updates and project status to senior leadership
- Support implementation of the Columbia Generating Station Self-Assessment and Corrective Action Program
- Mentor junior schedulers and provide technical scheduling guidance when required
Required Skills and Experience:
- 8 to 15+ years scheduling or project controls experience
- Advanced Primavera P6 scheduling expertise
- Commercial nuclear power plant project experience

Position Overview:
- This is a senior-level scheduling and project controls role supporting capital projects, refueling outages, forced outages, and online maintenance activities within a commercial nuclear generating station.
- This role is responsible for building, maintaining, and integrating Primavera P6 schedules across nuclear project portfolios. The Scheduler supports project managers in cost tracking, risk mitigation, execution planning, and schedule recovery efforts.
- This is a technical project controls role inside a regulated nuclear environment.
Core Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain detailed Primavera P6 schedules
- Integrate scheduling data between Passport and Primavera systems
- Support refueling outages, forced outages, and online maintenance scheduling
- Develop lifecycle and long-range project schedules
- Manage critical path, float, and milestone tracking
- Perform resource loading and schedule risk analysis
- Track cost versus budget and assist with forecasting
- Resolve schedule conflicts and delays
- Interface with engineers, planners, operations, maintenance, and leadership

Required Skills and Experience:
- 5 to 10+ years scheduling or project controls experience
- Demonstrated Primavera P6 proficiency

Position Overview:
The Project Scheduler I supports project scheduling activities for nuclear and engineering projects. This role assists in developing and maintaining schedules for capital projects, refueling outages, forced outages, and online work.
Schedulers at this level support project managers in maintaining schedule accuracy, coordinating project activities, and assisting with project controls documentation.
Core Responsibilities:
Assist with development and maintenance of Primavera P6 project schedules
Maintain scheduling data between Passport and Primavera systems
Support scheduling activities for:
- Refueling outages
- Forced outages
- Online maintenance work
- Assist project managers with lifecycle schedule development
