What You’ll Do

  • Manage and grow a defined DFW territory, calling on commercial plumbers, mechanical contractors, and jobsite decision-makers.
  • Inherit key accounts and build relationships with existing customers, while also prospecting new business.
  • Recommend solutions from a full catalog of plumbing and PVF materials—plus tool rentals, fabrication services, and jobsite delivery options.
  • Collaborate closely with inside sales, warehouse, and logistics to deliver 5-star service to your customers.
  • Provide take-offs, quote packages, and post-sale follow-up as needed.
  • Track your pipeline and opportunities using simple CRM tools and weekly sales updates.

 


What You’ll Need to Bring

  • 2–5+ years of outside sales experience in plumbing/PVF supply or adjacent trades (e.g., mechanical supply, HVAC, distribution).
  • Comfort working independently and face-to-face with contractors, foremen, and procurement teams.
  • Ability to understand jobsite timelines, bid packages, and material lists.
  • Strong communication, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
  • A valid driver’s license and a reliable presence in the DFW area.

 


Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive base salary + uncapped commissions (Typical Sales Rep W2's between 200-300K)
  • Vehicle allowance of $650/month
  • 100% employer-paid health insurance for employee (Additional $590 for Spouse/Family)
