What You’ll Do
- Manage and grow a defined DFW territory, calling on commercial plumbers, mechanical contractors, and jobsite decision-makers.
- Inherit key accounts and build relationships with existing customers, while also prospecting new business.
- Recommend solutions from a full catalog of plumbing and PVF materials—plus tool rentals, fabrication services, and jobsite delivery options.
- Collaborate closely with inside sales, warehouse, and logistics to deliver 5-star service to your customers.
- Provide take-offs, quote packages, and post-sale follow-up as needed.
- Track your pipeline and opportunities using simple CRM tools and weekly sales updates.

What You’ll Need to Bring
- 2–5+ years of outside sales experience in plumbing/PVF supply or adjacent trades (e.g., mechanical supply, HVAC, distribution).
- Comfort working independently and face-to-face with contractors, foremen, and procurement teams.
- Ability to understand jobsite timelines, bid packages, and material lists.
- Strong communication, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
- A valid driver’s license and a reliable presence in the DFW area.

- Competitive base salary + uncapped commissions (Typical Sales Rep W2's between 200-300K)
- Vehicle allowance of $650/month
