Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and reliable entry-level Lab Technician to support our biomanufacturing operations. This role involves hands-on assistance throughout the entire manufacturing cycle — from preparation to process monitoring to cleanup — in a lab-based environment.

No prior experience is required. Comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare chemical reagents and buffer solutions in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and protocols.
• Assist in monitoring biomanufacturing processes such as:
• Tangential flow filtration (TFF)
• Chromatography
• Follow precise instructions to ensure accurate execution of experimental and production protocols.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the lab before, during, and after production activities.
• Dispose of waste materials properly and sanitize equipment and work surfaces.
• Support inventory management of raw materials and lab supplies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic understanding of lab safety and hygiene preferred (training will be provided).
• Physically able to stand for long periods and perform light to moderate lifting.
• Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and eagerness to learn.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
