Overview

A Dallas Manufacturing plant is seeking a Plant Recruiter with proven experience hiring in manufacturing environments. This role focuses on high-volume recruiting for hourly production and maintenance roles that directly support plant operations.

You will own the full recruiting cycle onsite and partner with plant leadership to keep staffing aligned with production demands.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead recruiting for hourly plant roles including:
• Production Operators
• Maintenance Technicians
• Warehouse / Material Handlers
• Screen candidates for:
• Manufacturing experience
• Shift flexibility
• Reliability and safety mindset
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with plant leadership
• Draft offer details and submit for approval
• Support onboarding:
• Pre-employment steps
• Background checks
• Start date coordination
• Conduct exit interviews and track trends
• Maintain accurate recruiting and hiring data
• Partner with plant leadership to prioritize openings and adjust hiring approach

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting in:
• Manufacturing
• Food & Beverage
• Industrial / plant environments
• Proven ability to fill hourly production roles in a high-volume setting
• Strong understanding of:
• Shift-based hiring
• Plant operations
• Urgency tied to production needs
• Comfortable working onsite and interacting directly with plant leadership

Compensation & Details

• Pay: $37.58/hr
• Schedule: Full-time, onsite at Dallas plant
• Duration: 3-month contract (potential to extend based on business needs)
