Job Title: HVAC Working Supervisor
Job Summary:
We are looking for HVAC Field Installation Working Supervisor for our new and growing team of HVAC Technicians and Interns in the installation of HVAC Equipment, Pipe and Ductwork for Retrofit of Existing Systems. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building our team, mentoring and supervising them as they learn to install HVAC Equipment and Systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Supervisor
- Supervise, Develop and Mentor Team of HVAC Technicians and Interns
- With the support of the CEO, Establish Development plans to guide and support development of interns and new employees
- Identify and Secure new work to support stable workflow for team.
- Lead BMS Resource
- Support Estimating and Project Reviews for HVAC Installations.
- Oversee commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting HVAC systems to ensure proper functionality as installed by our team or subconractors.
- Collaborate with contractors, project managers, and field technicians to support system installation.
- Oversee technical support and training to clients and end-users.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, wiring diagrams, and programming logic.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 10 years of experience in HVAC System Installation.
- Hands-on experience HVAC System Installation.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and system diagrams.
- Proficiency in review of AutoCAD, Visio, or similar tools for control system design.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Pipefitter Foreman or General Foreman
- HVAC Technician Foreman or General Foreman
- Welder
