Relocation assistance offered on reimbursement policy- 4-5K depending on location

Strictly on-site to start. There may be flexibility to transition to a hybrid schedule after a few months once the department is built up.



  • Base Salary (Exempt): $130,000 – $160,000
  • Monthly Phone Allowance: $45
  • Monthly Car Allowance: $600
  • End-of-Year Bonus: 10–15%



Position Overview: The Marketing Director will drive strategic marketing initiatives, lead brand management, and foster innovation to ensure the company remains at the forefront of the CPG industry. This role demands a creative and analytical leader with a proven track record of success in marketing within the CPG space.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve company objectives.
  • Lead market research efforts to identify trends, opportunities, and consumer insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.

2. Brand Management:

  • Oversee the development and execution of brand strategies to enhance brand equity.
  • Manage product positioning, messaging, and packaging to resonate with target audiences.
  • Ensure consistency in brand identity across all channels and touchpoints.

3. Marketing Campaigns:

  • Plan and execute impactful marketing campaigns across digital, traditional, and social media platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies to optimize ROI.
  • Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively.

4. Innovation and Product Development:

  • Collaborate with product development teams to launch new products and line extensions.
  • Drive innovation by identifying market gaps and consumer needs.

5. Team Leadership:

  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team.
  • Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and professional development opportunities.

6. Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Act as a key spokesperson for the company, representing the brand in industry events and media engagements.
  • Cultivate relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 8+ years of marketing experience within the CPG industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior, market research, and analytics.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, social media platforms, and emerging marketing technologies.
  • Results-driven with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
