Compensation- $61.82/hr with Mileage expensed at $0.70/mile and will receive cell phone and laptop.
Schedule M-F Day shift-37.5 hrs/week
Contract- 7 months with strong potential to convert to permanent
Overview
This role sits at the intersection of clinical nutrition and consultative healthcare sales.
You will manage a defined territory across the Dallas-Fort Worth market, building relationships with physicians, dietitians, nurses, hospitals, and home health providers to drive adoption of clinical nutrition products.
This is not transactional sales. You are a clinical resource, educator, and territory owner responsible for influencing patient care through nutrition solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Territory Management
- Build relationships with physicians, dietitians, nurses, and referral sources
- Manage hospitals, clinics, and home health/DME accounts
- Drive product adoption through in-person and virtual engagement
- Conduct in-services, CE programs, and regional meetings
Consultative Selling
- Position clinical nutrition products based on patient needs
- Educate providers on product usage and outcomes
- Develop strategic partnerships across key accounts
Business Planning
- Build and execute territory business plans
- Analyze territory data, trends, and growth opportunities
- Deliver business reviews to key stakeholders
Account Management
- Serve as primary contact for assigned accounts
- Identify opportunities requiring cross-functional support
- Manage samples, expenses, and reporting
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of sales experience in:
- Pharmaceutical
- Medical device / DME
- Clinical nutrition
OR
- 3+ years of clinical experience in:
- Hospitals
- Physician offices
- Healthcare systems
- Bachelor’s degree
Required Qualifications
- Registered Dietitian (RD) or Licensed Dietitian (LD)
- Registered Nurse (RN)
- Experience with enteral nutrition, feeding pumps, or medical nutrition therapy
- Experience calling on physicians, hospitals, and referral networks
