Description
• Hands-on role on multidisciplinary teams.
• Design and integrate electrical test solutions for engineering labs and production.
• Build interface assemblies. Select and integrate instruments. Develop full test systems.
• Manage technical, cost, and schedule for assigned work. Drive issue resolution.
What You Will Do
• Design, develop, and integrate test products within TEE.
• Develop engineering and production test systems, TIAs, cabling, and harnessing.
• Create drawings and schematics. Perform circuit analysis, power analysis, RF chain analysis, and error budgets.
• Track deliverables and risks. Troubleshoot and complete root-cause actions.
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and factory test.
Qualifications You Must Have
• Bachelor’s in STEM and 2+ years relevant experience, or an advanced STEM degree.
• Active Secret. U.S. citizen.
• Electrical troubleshooting, analysis, and test.
• Tools: Altium, DX Designer, Mentor Capital, Creo Schematic.
• Instruments: oscilloscopes, DMMs, network analyzers, power meters.
• Schematic capture and interpretation.
Qualifications We Prefer
• M.S. in STEM. ABET preferred.
• Technical leadership in team settings.
• Analog, digital, and RF design.
• Digital and mixed-signal interconnect design and test.
• Use of IDEs and debugging tools for HW/SW troubleshooting.
• Self-starter. Meets deadlines. Team oriented.
• Strong technical writing and presentation skills.
• Ability to lead single or multidisciplinary teams.
• Project management and proposals.
• Knowledge of computer architecture and hardware optimization.
• Experience developing and implementing programming languages in support of test.
• Re-use of existing designs to interface with new UUTs and configurations.
• Troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
• Knowledge of projects or systems to leverage in daily work.
