We are seeking a motivated and driven Aviation Sales Representative to help grow our avionics, aircraft parts, and maintenance services business. This role is ideal for someone who is confident, hardworking, and eager to build relationships within the aviation industry.

No aviation experience is required. We provide training and support for individuals who demonstrate strong communication skills, professionalism, and a desire to succeed.

This is a hybrid position offering both remote flexibility and onsite collaboration in a professional aviation environment.

What You Will Do

• Develop new business opportunities for avionics, aircraft parts, and MRO services

• Build and maintain relationships with aircraft owners, operators, fleet managers, and aviation professionals

• Conduct outbound sales efforts through phone, email, and virtual communication

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely, professional support

• Prepare quotes, follow up on opportunities, and close sales

• Maintain consistent communication to build long-term customer relationships

• Meet or exceed individual performance goals

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service
