The mission of our Human Resources team is to cultivate Danone’s unique culture and help the business sustainably grow. We are currently looking to hire a HR Coordinator based in our Dallas, Texas plant! In this role, you will provide shared services and support for the plant HR team, with keen attention on results for the business and the HR function. This person will have visibility to and contact with all business groups within Danone North America, as well as the Human Resources teams.


Key Accountabilities:

• Responsible for providing information to Danoners on routine requests.

• Act as the liaison to the payroll department in regards to troubleshooting payroll related issues.

• Provide administrative support, including data entry, employment verifications, unemployment claims, iPhone acknowledgement/requests, ordering special request materials.

• Serve as the plant HR contact for the internship program, participating in recruiting events, orientation and ongoing support of the program

• Create internal offer letters, organizational charts, and other forms/documents as requested.

• Assist with new hire onboarding as needed, including Employee Handbook administration

• Responsible for personnel files and HR file room

• Run reports and analysis as needed

• Interpret basic policies and answer questions

• Support HR projects and initiatives such as, but not limited to annual salary review, employee engagement surveys, talent reviews, mentoring program, safety initiatives, onboarding, etc.

• Assist with the termination/exit process for employees

• HRBP PO (purchase order) and budget management responsibility

• Other responsibilities and projects as requested from HR Department

• Assist with payroll processes and scheduling and attendance and disciplinary action tracking processes


Job Requirements:

• Must have a high school diploma or GED is required. Bachelor’s degree is preferred. PHR or SHRM-CP is a plus.

• Must have a minimum three (3) years of relevant experience, preferred

• Must have strong communication skills with the ability to present data in an engaging fashion

• Must have a strong passion for HR and demonstrate a strong curiosity to expand your HR and business acumen

• Must be a self-starter, with a drive towards efficiency and innovative solutions.
