Outside Sales Representative – Orlando, FL (Remote / Field-Based)

Location: Orlando Metro Area (must reside locally)

Schedule: Primarily field-based – conferences, client drop-ins, and networking events

Compensation: Base Salary + Commission

Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to drive new B2B business across the Orlando metro area. This is not a desk job — you’ll spend most of your time in the field meeting decision-makers, attending trade shows, and developing strong client relationships. You’ll partner closely with our Orlando Branch Manager while owning your regional sales pipeline.

Compensation Plan

  • Year 1: 8% profit commission on new accounts
  • Year 2: 4% profit commission on retained accounts
  • After Year 2, mature accounts transition to Account Management unless significant growth continues
  • Goal: reward new business generation and long-term account expansion

This structure encourages sales reps to stay growth-focused — not just maintain existing accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new B2B business across assigned territory
  • Conduct in-person meetings, plant tours, and on-site presentations
  • Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events
  • Negotiate and close contracts with business clients
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Manage sales pipeline and reporting through CRM
  • Collaborate with internal teams for smooth handoff to account management

Qualifications

  • Must have B2B sales experience (preferably field-based)
  • Self-motivated and comfortable with long sales cycles
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable meeting clients face-to-face and developing lasting relationships
  • Tech-savvy and organized with CRM and reporting tools
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
  • Experience in the physical security, manufacturing, or industrial services sector highly preferred
  • Willingness to travel frequently throughout the Orlando area
