EH&S Management Systems Specialist
Location: Tucson, AZ
Duration: 8-month contract (urgent need)
Pay Rate: $30–31.50/hr
Schedule: 9/80 schedule (every other Friday off)
Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Work Week: 40 hrs/week
Citizenship: U.S. Citizen required

Position Overview
The EH&S Management Systems Specialist supports environmental, health, and safety management system activities within a large manufacturing and engineering environment. This role focuses on EH&S documentation control, management systems development, performance metrics, and internal communications.
This position plays a key role in ensuring EH&S programs remain audit-ready, organized, and aligned with regulatory and corporate standards.
You will work closely with EH&S leadership and operational teams to maintain management systems, track performance metrics, support audits, and improve EH&S communications.
This role is ideal for candidates with early-career EH&S experience and strong organizational and data management skills.

EH&S Management Systems
- Develop and maintain EH&S management system documentation

EH&S Documentation and SharePoint Management
- Maintain EH&S documentation within SharePoint

EH&S Website Management
- Maintain EH&S internal website content
- Ensure information is current and accurate
- Update procedures and guidance
- Post EH&S communications

EH&S Communications

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2+ years of EH&S experience
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations
- Knowledge of ANSI standards
- Experience with EH&S documentation
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Experience with SharePoint
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects
