Job Title: Fire Security Technology Working Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are looking for Fire and Security Technology Technical Leader to Mentor and Supervise our growing team of Fire Technology Technicians and Interns in the  design, implement, and service of the Fire Technology Systems in new construction and retrofit projects. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building our team, mentoring and supervising them as they configure fire technology systems, troubleshooting performance issues, and ensuring seamless integration of connected equipment. This position requires minimum of NICET 3, strong leadership skills, proven work ethic and a deep understanding of principles, Fire Alarm Technology and Security Technology. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Supervisor
  • Supervise, Develop and Mentor Team of Technicians and Interns
  • With the support of the CEO, Establish Development plans to guide and support development of interns and new employees
  • Identify and Secure new work to support stable workflow for team.
  • Lead BMS Resource
  • Design and develop Fire and Security Technology Systems.
  • Perform commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting of Fire Technology systems to ensure proper functionality and Fire Marshal approval.
  • Perform commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting of Security Technology systems to ensure proper functionality and any AHJ / Owner approval.
  • Collaborate with contractors, project managers, and field technicians to support system installation.
  • Provide technical support and training to clients and end-users.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, wiring diagrams, and programming logic.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, or Control Systems Engineering (or equivalent experience). Minimum NICET 3 required.
  • 10 years of experience in Fire Alarm and Security Technology.
  • Hands-on experience with Fire and Security Technology programming, control logic, and system networking.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for Fire and Security Technology.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and system diagrams.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Visio, or similar tools for control system design.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Major Brand Fire Alarm System Experience in Programming and NICET Level 3.
  • Major Brand Security System Experience in Programming
  • Knowledge of IoT-based automation and remote monitoring technologies.
