Overview
We are hiring Electrical Engineers at multiple levels (II, III, IV) to support the design, development, and integration of advanced electrical test systems used in engineering labs and production environments.
This is a hands-on engineering role within a high-visibility defense program. You will work on systems that support validation, integration, and production of complex hardware, including RF, digital, and mixed-signal systems.
This role is not focused on pure design or analysis. It requires engineers who can design, build, integrate, and troubleshoot real test systems that interact with hardware.
What You Will Work On
You will support development of test systems and infrastructure used to validate complex hardware systems, including:
- Test Interface Assemblies (TIAs)
- Cabling and harnessing systems
- RF and signal chain test setups
- Power distribution and measurement systems
- Lab and production test stations
Work includes both engineering lab environments and factory production support.
What You Will Do
- Design, develop, and integrate electrical test systems and components
- Create schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation
- Perform circuit, power, RF chain, and signal analysis
- Select and integrate test instrumentation and equipment
- Build and support test interface hardware and assemblies
- Troubleshoot system issues and perform root-cause analysis
- Support system integration, validation, and production readiness
- Track technical scope, risks, schedule, and deliverables
- Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and test teams
- Support reviews, testing, and system verification activities
What Makes Someone Successful in This Role
- Experience working with test equipment or hardware-integrated systems
- Strong understanding of electrical systems beyond theory
- Ability to troubleshoot across hardware and system-level issues
- Comfortable working in lab and production environments
- Ability to take ownership of work and drive issues to resolution
Qualifications by Level
ENG02 (Electrical Engineer II)
- 2+ years of experience (or advanced degree)

- 5+ years of experience (or advanced degree with 3+ years)
- Strong experience designing and integrating test systems
- Ability to work independently and own portions of projects
- Experience leading smaller efforts or coordinating across teams
- Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills
ENG04 (Electrical Engineer IV / Principal)
- 8+ years of experience (or advanced degree with 5+ years)
- Deep expertise in system-level design and integration
- Experience leading complex engineering efforts
- Strong background in RF, signal chain, and power analysis
- Ability to mentor engineers and drive technical direction
Required Qualifications (All Levels)
- Bachelor’s degree in STEM
