Schedule and Duration

- Duration: 12 months, strong likelihood of extension
- Onsite only, no remote

Compensation and Per Diem
- Pay range: $40–$53.50/hr target, based on experience
- Per diem available for qualified non-local candidates:
- $216/day for the first 12 months (typically non-taxed)
- Any time beyond 12 months is typically taxable
- Per diem amount remains the same
Role Overview
This is a high-accountability project support role within a regulated power generation environment supporting Construction and Project Management. You will work independently with minimal supervision on moderate to complex assignments that require accuracy, discretion, strong organization, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
This role is heavily focused on SharePoint and Teams governance, project file management, document control, and administrative support to Project Managers across multiple capital and O&M projects.
Core Responsibilities
- Organize, maintain, and govern departmental and project SharePoint sites
- Ensure Teams and SharePoint files are current, accessible, and compliant
- Partner with Project Managers to track and monitor project files, logs, and documentation status
- Upload, publish, archive, and manage documents in correct SharePoint locations
- Maintain organized records of project actions, statuses, and documentation
- Support project closeout activities including document duplication, scanning, printing, transmitting, and archiving
- Prepare written and verbal communications for project leadership and stakeholders
- Provide basic SharePoint process support or training to project team members as needed
- Support outage-related coordination activities as assigned, including OCC support during refueling outages

Required Experience
- High School diploma or GED plus 5–6+ years of advanced administrative or technical project support experience
- OR
- Associate degree in a management, technical, or science-related field plus 4+ years of advanced administrative or technical experience
Preferred Experience
- Experience supporting project teams in a regulated industrial environment (commercial nuclear strongly preferred)
- Prior experience managing SharePoint sites for engineering, construction, maintenance, or capital projects
- Experience supporting outage documentation or work management processes
