Position Overview

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing all service delivery operations, including depot and field services, while managing the P&L for our DFW operations.

Reporting directly to the President, this individual will play a key role in executing Argus’ growth strategy, expanding service capabilities, and ensuring operational excellence across multiple locations.

Location: 14951 Kingsport Road, Fort Worth (South End of the DFW airport in the Centerport Development) Compensation: Base salary + performance-based profit incentives

Key Responsibilities

Service Delivery Leadership

· Lead and manage Depot Services operations, including:

o Equipment procurement, imaging, staging and pick, pack and shipping

o Diagnostics, repair, and refurbishment

o Asset disposition (resale, recycling, data destruction)

· Oversee Field Services teams, including:

o Installation, relocation, break-fix, and decommissioning of IT equipment

o Data center and desktop project execution

o On-site customer support and project delivery


---Operational & Financial Management

· Full P&L ownership for DFW depot operations

· Drive operational efficiency, quality standards, and service scalability

· Build, document, and enforce processes, KPIs, and service standards

· Partner with executive leadership in support of Sales, Finance, HR, and Legal


---Team Leadership & Development

· Hire, train, and develop high-performing service teams

· Provide hands-on leadership, coaching, and mentorship

· Establish a culture of accountability, quality, and customer focused results


---Customer & Sales Support

· Support late-stage sales efforts through:

o Customer site visits and operational walkthroughs

o Service delivery presentations

o Finalization of Statements of Work (SOWs) and SLAs

o Build out and implementation tech delivery & support team models

Qualifications

Required Experience

· 10+ years of leadership experience in IT service delivery, operations, or field services

· Proven success managing technical teams in fast-paced environments

· Experience in desktop, data center, or infrastructure services

· Experience with driving P&L based business models

· College degree preferred, but relevant work experience in lieu of a degree is acceptable

· Getting things done is the most important aspect of the preferred candidate’s background

Preferred Background

· Experience in both Depot (warehouse-based IT services) and Field Services

· Exposure to enterprise level network, security, and data center environments

· Experience with enterprise level project-based or service-driven organizations

· Strong operational leadership with hands-on execution mindset

· Ability to build and scale teams, processes, and service delivery models

· Excellent customer-facing and communication skills

· Detail-oriented with strong documentation and process discipline

· Familiarity with New IT Infrastructure Technologies, IT standards, compliance, and ISO frameworks is a plus

Additional Requirements

· Ability to lift to 40 lbs. (IT equipment) and work in active environments

· Willingness to be personally and directly engaged in day-to-day operations at the Argus facility near the DFW airport

· This is not a work from home role and not a desk job
